She talked through the differences of each offer and helped us select the one that best met our needs. She represented us well when dealing with potential buyers. Once we had accepted an offer, Sharanya helped us negotiate the terms of the sale and we closed just under four weeks after we first listed. Sharanya continued to work on our sale right up til the very end. She even called us to check on how we were doing after the sale. We really felt Sharanya cared for us, not just as clients, but also as friends. We will look back on our experience with her fondly.
