Megan helped us find and purchase a home for a family member that is planning to move up from out of state. She took our ever-growing list of criteria to heart, really listened to all our feedback about the properties we saw, and found us a wonderful house in under a month! She makes home shopping fun and exciting rather than stressful and frustrating. She would cheerfully take us to tour all the properties we were interested in, logging in so many miles and taking up most of the day in many cases, but never once made us feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions. She offered her expert opinion on the features of the houses as well as possible concerns that we wouldnt have thought of. She knew wed recognize "the one" when we saw it. Our first offer was accepted, which is amazing in the current market. Megan was there to guide us through the entire escrow process. It couldnt have been easy dealing with 3 people across 2 states, and an owner of the house making an offer on a house (sight unseen!) but Meghan handled all our random questions and requests so quickly with a great sense of humor and unflagging energy. Despite having many other buyers and active listings during a crazy busy time of year, she always made us feel like we were her sole clients.
