ZillowVERIFIED I was ready to hire another agent when my ex-wife, a former real estate agent living in another state, said to interview Meg. She didnt know Meg, but her research told her Meg sold a lot of houses. I called Meg, talked to her for 30 minutes, and hired her. It was an excellent decision. I had a good house, but Meg didnt just let the house sell itself. She used her buyers network and agent contacts to bring in three potential buyers even before my house went on the multiple listings. Result: a bidding war that drove the selling price of my house $16k above asking (one bid was $5k above that), that included a rent-back (making my purchase and move to a new house simpler and less expensive), and that cut showings and time on the market to the bare minimum. Meg gets your house looking best, markets it, sells it, gets it appraised, and gets you to the settlement table. Shes the best.

We were just browsing through Zillow and we found a house we were interested in, so we called the number provided, which somehow we got us transferred over to Meg. We honestly thought that no one was going to answer because we called at what we thought was a really inconvenient time, but Meg picked up the phone. Meg immediately offered to show us houses right away, and we were surprised by how fast she got everything arranged. Meg walked us through the whole home buying process without ever being pushy, and she answered all our questions as fast as she possibly could. Also all of the recommendations that Meg gave us were excellent, the inspector, mortgage officer, and the closing office were all very professional. Looking back at the whole process, it doesn't even seem like we bought a hoe since it was so easy and painless, and we fully attribute this to Meg.
