My wife and I received the proceeds for the sale of our Montclair home (above Megs estimated amount) 2 months and 2 days after we first met her. Steve was great! He answered all our question as first time home buyers. He was very patient and responsive anytime we needed him. He always asked for feedback to better curate our viewings. Doug and Barbara actually helped us sell our home and buy a new home while we were living overseas (during the height of COVID). We contacted them and let them know what we were interested in doing and they immediately started to work. They went to the house that we were interested in and did a walk-through and a video of not only the house but of the neighborhood. They have lots of contacts in the community and were able to find out as much as they could about the house we were interested in buying and about the the market concerning the house we were trying to sell. They were our stand-ins for the inspection of both houses and helped us to make the repairs necessary to our home to complete the sale. Because we were living overseas there was a time difference to be aware of and Doug and Barbara were very respectful of that. They communicated with us in a timely manner and just really helped us through the entire process. We always got very quick responses to any emails or phone calls.
