Of five realtors I interviewed upon deciding to put my Belltown, Seattle, high-end condominium on the market, four of those realtors had done significant successful sales in my condominium building, knew my condo building community amenities and features, knew the building's staff, and knew sales' pricing valuation of my larger corner-unit floorplan well. However, Maynard Wagner was the only realtor who responded to my request for a detailed sales' & marketing plan tailored to my Belltown Condominium unit. Upon receipt of that plan within hours of requesting, I was immediately certain he was the best choice to aggressively sell my condo unit. He is extremely knowledgeable in the Puget Sound Real Estate landscape. I was looking for a change, and leaving Seattle and made my decision right when the economy was shifting and the real estate market slowing due to hike in interest rates (September/October 2022) and so it was a trying time in the market to sell. Maynard gave me weekly updates on how open houses went, we discussed marketing strategy, pricing strategy, what we were seeing in the condo market with similar properties to determine our competitiveness. We strategized together - on what would be a good approach to sell my condo, all the while making sure I felt comfortable with the decision. My first impression with Maynard was he's a really friendly, calm, experienced and knowledgeable agent who always put a smile on his face. Rather than being aggressive to try to get me as his client, he provided an objective view on the current housing market and my property, shared what/how he can help to sell the property at a good price and leave a lot of room for me to consider choosing him as my listing agent.After my entire selling experience, I can certainly say if you don't want a hands-on selling experience (especially when you sell a property remotely) and you also want an optimal result, Maynar is a no-brainer choices. Before listing the property, Maynard took care of all the contractor and touch-up work. He quoted multiple contractor and picked the one with most reasonable quote. The promotion material he created for listing was phenomenal (yes, there was a webpage dedicated for my property). He constantly shared the status after the open house and the potential interest without leaving me in the dark. Maynard got me the best offer that was totally exceeding my expectation as the market was experiencing some softness by being very strategic to make multiple buyers competing with each other. As is the case when selecting a home, there are many questions--no question was too small, and all were answered in a timely manner. Our next endeavor is selling our current home, which we look forward to doing with The Wagner Group.

A good friend referred us to Maynard and we were so lucky for the connection. Maynard has an amazing website to search for properties that I was addicted to throughout the home-finding process. Despite the challenges due to the pandemic and working with two very busy professionals, Maynard made the entire process seamless. Given our inability to travel to Seattle, Maynard went above and beyond and virtually toured properties for us and also sent us videos. His candor about the various properties greatly assisted us narrowing down our choices. So yes, we purchased a condo in Belltown sight unseen (in-person)! We fully trusted Maynard and we have no regrets.
