We loved working with Justin. He was our agent for both buying and selling. Tons of insight, and made the process easy for us. He accommodated all of our scheduling requests and went the extra mile to ensure the home showed well. He was super responsive, friendly, and generally positive to work with, and had a very measured and seasoned tone about him. He is a wealth of info about homebuying/selling in the Seattle area and a great team to work with!

Selling our home with Maynard and Justin was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their guidance on pricing, marketing, and negotiations gave us confidence every step of the way, and they always made us feel like we were a priority. What stood out most was their communication. They kept us informed, answered every question promptly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and organized. Their professionalism, market expertise, and attention to detail truly made a difference. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and are so grateful for everything they did to help us successfully sell our Snoqualmie home. We highly recommend Maynard and Justin to anyone looking for experienced, trustworthy agents who genuinely care about their clients.

Justin recently helped us buy our new home and sell our first home. In what was often times an overwhelming and stressful process, Justin was a calming presence. His wealth of knowledge and levelheadedness was a true asset to us in such a fast moving, massive purchase and sale. Justin had wonderful insights, was readily available to us whenever we needed him, and really felt invested in the outcome of our experience. It really felt like he was on the journey with us and we werent alone or abandoned in it. We truly enjoyed our experience buying and selling with him and would recommend to anyone looking for a realtor. He is a great guy in addition to being a talented and hardworking realtor.

Justin was calm and reassuring during the entire real estate process. His approach to ensuring we had clarity in what we wanted out of the process before we even started seriously looking at houses kept us comfortable and involved the entire time. Justin was able to negotiate price reductions and seller credits for us to get the best possible deal in the current market. Highly recommend his expertise in the Seattle area!

Swati was an exceptional partner throughout our recent Maple Valley home purchase. From day one, she took the time to understand our goals and priorities, ensuring every recommendation was in our best interest rather than simply trying to close a deal. She was knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented, and always available to answer questions or help navigate challenges. Her strong communication, professionalism, and commitment to her clients made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her work ethic and genuine dedication. She consistently went above and beyond, helping us evaluate every aspect of the property so we could make an informed decision with confidence. If youre looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and client-focused real estate agent, I highly recommend Swati Pradhan. We look forward to working with her again on future real estate investments.
