Matt Claxton

Matt graduated from Appalachian State University in 2002 with a degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems. He immediately pursued real estate, graduating from the Allen Tate School of Real Estate in 2003. Since that time, he has earned the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), WHS designation (Workforce Housing Specialist), SFR certification (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) and graduate of the Charlotte Chamber's Leadership School. In addition to being on the Fair & Affordable Housing Advisory Council, Matt has been a member of the RPAC committee, Vice President of his HOA, and serves on Appalachian alumni board. Year after year, Matt has been a multi-million dollar producer and dedicated Realtor. With extensive marketing concepts and years of experience, he works diligently to obtain a great price for his listings. As a buyer's agent, his experience in the Charlotte market and strong negotiating skills will ensure a great fit for his clients with a bottom of the line price tag to match. In his free time, Matt enjoys visiting his Alma Mater for sporting events, spending time with his friends and family, and playing basketball.
