Not only was she able to get creative with my purchase and to get some money off in this crazy market, she was also able to get 10%+ over my asking price when selling my condo. I will be using Erica for all my real estate needs in the future and will be recommending her to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a fabulous experience working with Erica. She was incredibly knowledgeable - both of the greater Charlotte area, and of every step along the purchasing process. ZillowVERIFIEDFor first time home buyersaEUR| Erica Pfafflin was professional, punctual, positive, and a pleasure to work with!We had plenty of questions when it came to being first time home buyers that never came all at once. Random texts and calls were always answered with proper enthusiasm that helped us continue the home purchasing process. This market was not nice to us and we lost a home that we wanted due to out bidding. Erica helped us through that process and fought every fight we asked her to.
