ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was awesome and worked hard for us from day 1. Her communication was prompt and she always found time to show us houses at times that were convenient for our schedule, even when we were out house hunting all day! Her communication was always prompt and responsive - she made us feel like we were her only client, no matter how busy she was. When it was time to negotiate our home purchase & repairs she was like a gladiator in the ring. Are you not entertained?! Unfair that I cant give more than 5 stars. Work with Amy if you have the chance.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was an absolute dream to work with. She was responsive, knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we were able to find a home even with our short deadline. She was always just a phone call or email away and made sure we understood the process from our first meeting! Her great relationships with others in the business and clear communication is also a huge component to her success because it enabled us to minimize stress when it came to the inspections and due diligence period. We absolutely loved working with her and would absolutely recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is an extremely hardworking agent. She has great knowledge of the Charlotte market and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect new home and the perfect buyers for our old home.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was our star realtor who sold our townhouse in Charlotte (within a few days!) while we were living on the west coast. She is hard-working, dependable, positive, and an overall pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Amy Goeken!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is a one of a kind realtor, going out of her way to educate the buyer as much as possible. So that you can make the best decision for you. She always found time to take or return my calls quickly and never made me feel as though I was burdening her with all my questions. I will definitely be working with Amy again on our next home purchase!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was fantastic every step of the way! We were looking to rent in Charlotte but couldnt be here in person. Amy became our eyes and ears; she would take videos of houses we were interested in. She was always easy to get in touch with, helpful with any problems we came across, and we will definitely use her again when we look to buy. Highly recommend her.
