She guided us through the complex paperwork; she was patient when we had to wait before listing the house; she took beautiful photographs of the house for the listing; she found buyers in short order; and she was able to direct us to a real-estate attorney when we realized at the last moment that one would be needed. Without her help, the house would still be a major worry for us.
