Gabler Realty

Difficult circumstances forced us to sell our house in a hurry and with little preparation or experience. Mary (and her staff) was an enormous help during the entire process. She guided us through the complex paperwork; she was patient when we had to wait before listing the house; she took beautiful photographs of the house for the listing; she found buyers in short order; and she was able to direct us to a real-estate attorney when we realized at the last moment that one would be needed. Without her help, the house would still be a major worry for us.

Mary was great. She was recommended to us by Organize Senior Moves. She spent enough time understanding our goals and current market conditions. She also helped set a realistic sale price. She communicated with us timely and effectively. The house was sold in a way shorter time frame than I had estimated at a price that was above what we were asking. She is also very pleasant and professional to work with. I would highly recommend her.

Mary was absolutely awesome! We were moving our mom from NY to NJ and couldnt be there when the house was on the market. Mary took care of EVERYTHING! She was super responsive, professional and always went above and beyond to help including depositing the proceeds of the sale to my moms account to save time on mailing a check to NJ. I highly recommend Mary!

My husband and I can't say enough about Mary Canova's knowledge, expertise and communication. We felt secure in Mary's attention to detail to get our home sold and she did not disappoint! Mary is impressive with how much she knows not only the selling and staging but the buying side as well! We definitely recommend Mary to get the deal done!

My wife and I were recommended to work with Mary. This has been one of the best decisions in our lives. We recommend anyone work with Mary, shes extremely professional and just overall amazing!! Gabler Realty has quality people in who get you and get the job done.
