ZillowVERIFIEDIt was super nice working with Ksenia on hunting down a suitable home for my son and me. I did not know much about the market or the home buying process for the first-time buyer. Ksenia and her team worked with me on every single step and talked me through the pros & cons of every property we looked at. The great thing about working with her is her level of professionalism. She kept me posted on any developments throughout the process & was quick at getting things over the line. Her negotiating skills helped us avoid a bidding war and make a very sound deal when we found the place we wanted. Even when some things got a little tense (through no fault of Ksenia's), she was unflappable. I bought a condo in Concord, and she helped me earn $5,000 back in credits from the seller to afford it. She cares about every little detail in the contracts and adds a personal touch to the process. I highly recommend Ksenia and her team to anyone planning to buy or sell a San Francisco Bay Area property.
ZillowVERIFIEDI received very good suggestions, helped with finding contractors, and so on. All my questions were quickly answered throughout the whole process. The marketing was excellent: the property was very popular and marked as "Hot" by a major real estate site. Lots of showings with very good results. Ksenia was very friendly too. I cannot imagine what's more to expect from a real estate agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDKsenia helped us tremendously in our first-time purchase in the US. I would highly recommend any foreign/ first time buyer to work with her. As immigrants, we had no idea of how the system worked and no contacts for financial, legal and other matters. Ksenia was very professional, patient and understanding. She partnered with us the whole way, in triangulating valuation, negotiating, recommending a mortgage agent, a inspectors, etc. I would highly recommend her to any prospective buyer, especially for foreign/ first-time buyers.
