Matt and Margaret are the dynamic owners of M4 Real Estate Group! Working together for over 15 years, together they have a knack to ensure each client's experience is seamless, professional and as enjoyable as possible. Their customer's keep coming back! Margaret has worked in the real estate industry since 2003. Originally employed as a Listing Assistant, she quickly worked her way up to Vice President of Operations due to her finely honed attention to detail and ability to effectively oversee all areas of office operations and client concierge. Before opening up her own Firm, M4 Real Estate Group, Margaret was a Licensed Assistant for 2 top brokers, Executive Assistant for a top lender, as well as the Vice President of Administration and Marketing at one of the top real estate teams in the country. She grew up a competitive marksman and competed on a water-ski team. Matt got his start in real estate in 2012 as a Licensed Assistant to a top broker. In that time, he learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry from a top producing team and became the team's lead Buyer's Agent. From there, he continued to grow in the real estate profession as both a Listing Agent and a Buyer's Agent, having set new records for growth and sales at our brokerage. Now, as a co-founder of a team and Branch Office of his own, Matt enjoys continuing to help people achieve their real estate goals. His desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally, has kept him striving to constantly better serve his clients in all aspects. Having come from a background as a professional touring musician for 12+ years, Matt has always enjoyed traveling and meeting new people. Outside of work, Matt and Margaret love spending time with their growing family, taking on new adventures and giving back to the community. "We are dedicated and passionate about what we do.
