M4 Real Estate Group

Margaret, Mitch and Barrett were amazing to work with. My husband and I had been looking for our 1st home for so long and they helped us through every step. Highly recommend.

Started looking for land to build a forest cottage. Met Matthew to view the land,. Buying raw land was very scary as it was my first time. Matthew was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and guiding us walking the whole outer permitter of the property, which was essentially a forest. Helped me feel more secure by giving me ample time for doing a feasibility study as part of the contingency. In addition, he helped contact local contractors for quotes on septic, well and other things that helped me get the information I needed to move forward with the purchase. And now, I have a dream come true, thanks to the patience and assistance from Matt and team.

Matt is an outstanding realtor. He was always available, extremely knowledgable and went the extra mile to assure a smooth closing. The listing presentation was beautiful and professional in quality which made for a quick sale. Before we found Matt, we listed with another agent who had the listing for about six months without a single showing. With Matt, we had three showings in a few days resulting in two offers. Over the years, we have been involved in a number of real estate transactions as buyers and sellers, and can truthfully say that we recommend Matt to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Margaret did an excellent job communicating and understanding the real estate market and roadmap for home sales. Very positive experience all around.

Matt did a nice job walking me through all the ins and out of selling my moms home. He was very responsive to ALL my questions and encouraged me every step of the way.
