Maralee was great at responding to emails and calls and willing to look at houses around our hectic schedule. We were often only free in the evenings or weekends, but she was such a champ about it and was already ready to meet us and show us properties. We now had to find a place to live and very quickly. Maralee worked hard to find us a home in such a short time that suited our desires and needs. I live out of state and 6 hrs away so it was nice to have someone take care of all the issues that came up from inspections and legal issues. Maralee is very knowledgeable with all the processes and that made the sell pretty easy for me. She was always in communication with me letting me know the status of offers,etc and handling issues that would have been nearly impossible for me to handle so far away.
