RE/MAX Classic

Maralee is an excellent agent to work with! She worked with me for months to find the perfect house. She took the time to understand all my needs and wants. She was excellent at walking me through the financial process of getting approved. She was with me every step of the way to make the process was as stress free as possible! I will def use her again the next time I buy and or sell!

Maralees experience is incomparable and undervalued. Her knowledge of the local market and willingness to go the extra mile truly make every real estate transaction feel like its just a normal day running errands. If you choose to work with her, whether buying or selling, you wont regret it.

If youre searching for a realtor, Maralee Ray is the one to choose. Shes very knowledgeable of the area and what properties compared to yours is selling for. Very easy to work with and she will be there to help you.

Sandy did an amazing job helping us sell our old house and buy our new home. For every question we had she either already had the answer or found it for us quickly. She got us an offer at full asking price on our sale AND helped us negotiate a better purchase offer than we hoped, all within one week of listing! We highly recommend Sandy Phillips to anyone buying or selling real estate.

Sandy is the best realtor ever! She helped us into a home that fit us perfectly! A lot of realtors gave up on us during our almost year long search, but no Sandy! She stuck by our side keeping us in the loop and so informed during the whole process! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone but or selling their home!
