Maneja helped me rent a rental home and is in the process of helping me find a home. She is professional, thorough and patient. We were so happy to get to work with Maneja again for the purchase of our first home!We originally met Maneja while searching for a rental three years ago (2017). We did not end up renting the home she showed to us, but we kept her contact info because she was so responsive, kind, and really listened to what we were looking for. We saw another place come available a couple weeks later, gave Maneja a call, and she helped us apply and ultimately rent that place. She checked in after we moved in to make sure everything was working out well, which was so thoughtful.Flash forward a few years (2019) and we reached out to Maneja to see if she had any advice for seeing how much we might get preapproved for if we were to apply for a mortgage. She recommended a great lender and we tested the waters to see what sort of buying power we had. We decided to wait a bit longer to see if we could save up more for a downpayment, but Maneja set up a search so we could keep an eye on the market.This past year (2020) we started to look in earnest. Maneja always responded quickly and answered all of our questions. She was always on time or even early for any phone calls or showings. Maneja helped to educate us on the entire home buying process, including the pros/cons of what to include in our offer. She has great recommendations, knows the area, and is a wonderful sounding board. I cannot say enough positive things about Maneja!
