When I made the offer for the house she got it all squared away and she was able to secure a very aggressive offer because of her negotiating talent. I thought it was an easy purchase but things went sideways and it was during unexpected circumstances that you need an expert professional you can rely on to make the calls for me while I was at work, coordinate for contractors at the property and deal with the lender.
