He kept me informed all along the way. He checked in on the property and tended to things that I couldnt, considering my distance from the property. Everyone on his team is easy to get in touch with, and very personable. The house was priced competitively, and listed with great photos. The sale price we were able to get exceeded my expectations and took less than two days. Review If you like excellent communication and peace of mind knowing you have the best, then you need to contact Majid. In this crazy market having a skilled and knowledgeable negotiator was valuable and he had me under contract with only my second offer. He also has a talented team and Lynn is the bomb, sending all the information needed to me and all the different parties while under contract to closing. She also helped me through the inspection and making sure all the is were dotted and ts were crossed. Finally, Majid and Lynn have a wonderful sense of humor and made the process less stressful.

The market was crazy houses were selling within hours of being on the market houses were selling in shorter time than our drive to KS to see a house we were getting close to running out of time and the potential of being settled before school started my husband was ready to settle on a house and find what we really wanted later Majid said if the house isnt for you wait I think more houses will come on the market soon and he was right a beautiful home came on the market and through this experience and relationship with other realtors our offer was accepted , not the highest offer but our offer was accepted, his negotiation tactics were amazing we can see this being our forever home my husband and I are both retiring military so having the feeling of purchasing a forever home has been priceless I first used Majid in 2014, single military parent moving to a new city, the market was much much different than the market in 2021 I was afraid it would take a few months to sell Majid and his team knew all the right steps to sell a house quick 31 hours after being on the market we had a contract Majid and his team are great for buying and selling

Review Hello, my partner and I used Majid for our first home purchase and needless to say were a little green at the process. The market was/is very competitive right now and not only was Majid's experience invaluable with the houses we looked at (and what not to look at) but we always felt he had our best interests at heart, not only as buyers but as fellow humans of earth. He was very patient with us as we dipped our toes in the market and even had to put everything on hold for almost a year as we felt it best to renew a lease and start the search up again at a later date. He was always a straight shooter and would give his honest opinion on whether or not a house was the right fit for us based on our perimeters saving many an awkward "oh, this is nice" conversations when we really didn't like it all. He possesses strong expertise in not only the market but the houses themselves and how to point out potential or obvious red flags. This put as at ease knowing we where in good hands instead of being paraded around by someone " just doing their job" and going through the motions. We were not a paycheck but people he genuinely wanted to help. I felt at all times he cared about us and our wishes for our new home. Review What a process, what an education! I've known Majid for years, so always knew that I would do business with him when it came to buying our first home. We had a few chats, years and months before closing on our house, mostly about timing and finances. The whole way, he's been patient with us and counseled us through the process. It finally came time to start looking at the beginning of June. We gave them our parameters and started seeing prospective homes. My wife and I started learning more about homes right away, foundations (horizontal cracks bad...), siding, roofs, HVAC age... There's so many things and it felt great to know that we had these advocate-Realtors in our corner to guide us through and keep us from making newbie mistakes. There was a house that looked great on paper and from the photos, but when we got there, some obvious issues that we were trying to rationalize away. Majid said, "I would not let you buy this home." which was great because he has the experience to know that the right home is out there, it just might take some patience. - And that's tough to see sometimes when you're in the mode of 'must buy house.' So we looked at a good twenty plus properties - and really learned what we liked, what we wanted, what we wanted to avoid. The process helped us better know what we wanted to buy. Finally, it came to the 'one.' By this point in the game, he knew what we were looking for and knew that this home would work well for our family now and in the coming years - we put in an offer. Majid coached us on this to make us stand out a little better. The house had a planned open house that weekend and we didn't want to get into a bidding war. We weren't expecting much because these are crazy times to buy a home. So when we learned we won the bid, we didn't know what to do - no way was this possible, on the first try at the top of the market... So, next steps, inspections, the mortgage stuff was easy, mostly clicks on smart phones - Majid knows somebody for every piece of the Real Estate puzzle! That was great when we encountered our next hurdle, the sewer line that needed major replacement. Then I learned, always get the sewer inspection! Majid helped us navigate that matter and negotiate with the sellers. Fast forward to closing day, that worked smoothly! Now we're moved in, settling and making the obligatory trips to Lowe's and Home Depot. Majid continues to help us when we have follow up questions or need a reference. Thank you, Majid and team that made this all possible with relative ease.
