ZillowVERIFIEDTaylor went above and beyond every step of the way. She was a warrior! We had to look at a lot of properties to find our perfect home and Taylor never made us feel bad about it. She was always ready to help and always kind; she is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to make our home a reality for us, and I would never want to go through that process with someone else! I truly cannot say enough about how responsive, professional, thoughtful, hard-working, and helpful Taylor is. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
ZillowVERIFIEDTaylor came recommended by a family friend and from the first meeting, we knew wed found the best realtor for us. Taylor was incredibly flexible regarding timing from the beginning. She was able to find times accommodating for our odd schedules. Throughout this process, she has put us in touch quickly with great professionals from loan officers to handyman services, and moving companies. My husband and I feel she has made the house buying AND selling process so smooth and transparent. Taylor took the time to really understand our needs and wants for a new home, and was a knowledgeable sounding board for all of our thoughts and ideas. She was incredibly communicative, we knew exactly what was going on at all times, and she was very candid with us when needed. Her honesty about the market and current trends, as well as our personal expectations, was much appreciated and helpful, as we felt like we really understood our situation. I feel that Taylor went above and beyond with advice and support she provided, and we benefited greatly from her diligence and expertise. With her at the helm, my husband and I were able to search for a home, find one, buy it, and sell our old house all within 8 weeks. Thank you so much Taylor, and wed recommend you to anyone looking for quality and professionalism!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home owner, I was nervous but excited about the process of buying a house. I admittedly did not know much of about how the home buying process went, but Taylor was able to inform me every step of the way. She was responsive to my wishes in homes and took time to hunt for houses that fit my needs. It was a long journey toward buying my first home- we looked at 50 different houses and put in multiple offers, all which received compliments on how well they were written. Working with Taylor made closing seamless, and now I am in my phone home. I absolutely recommend Taylor to anybody who is looking to buy a home. She will listen to your needs and wants and find a house that suits you best!
ZillowVERIFIEDTaylor was absolutely stellar. She was not only able to help us quickly find a home that fit our needs (and in this market, let's be honest, that is shocking) she was also able negotiate on our behalf multiple times. After the deal almost fell through, she worked through evenings, weekends, and the Thanksgiving holiday to negotiate with the sellers agent. She kept us updated throughout the process and was there anytime we had questions. Loved working with her and would recommend to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDTaylor was ready, willing and very helpful with selling my uncle's house. She made several trips to the assisted living facility where my uncle now resides and explained everything in great detail and most important she made sure he understood the process. I very much appreciated her advice, her help and her availabliity. I would absolutely recommend her without any hesitation.
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Taylor to buy my condo was the best I could have asked for. She was always available to answers any of my questions, took all of my homeowning needs and worries into account, and made the usually extremely stressful homebuying process a breeze. I will be recommending Taylor to anybody who is looking for property in the Kansas City metro!
ZillowVERIFIEDTaylor helped my wife and I purchase our first home in a crazy housing market. She went above and beyond in researching homes for us, communicating about the process, and getting us in touch with great resources for our mortgage, fencing, and other projects we wanted to start on our home. She helped us make a reasonable, yet competitive offer on the home we loved. We experienced bank complications in closing and Taylor was cool, calm, and collected the entire time, and still got us into our home with only a day's adjustment to our closing schedule. I would highly recommend her services, and will be working with her in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDTaylor made the selling and buying process a breeze. She explained everything as it was happening and was quick to respond to any questions we had. When we made an offer that was a stretch for us, she made sure we were getting the best deal for our money.
