I thought it could possibly be the most stressful part of my move. As it turned out, I didn't need to worry. Brad did an excellent job of marketing my house and presenting it to potential buyers, with the listing and through social media. And it worked. I accepted an offer on my home the second day it was on the market. Brad was calm and professional - and a good negotiator. He guided me through the waiting period for the inspection and appraisal. He kept me informed of any issues and then went to bat for me to take care of them. I think he absorbed a lot of the stress for me.
