I was stressed of having to worry about moving 600 miles away and trying to sell a house at the same time. Lyndsay came by and did an inspection of my Virginia house and use her experiences and guided me of the things that I needed to do. She informs me of the things that buyers are looking for and laying out the market condition of my current area. She even went the extra mile of finding and making appointments with home contractors and gave up her time to ensure that repairs were done to meet the requirements of a buyers FHA loan. She saved me a lot of stress of not having to worry about travelling 600 miles back and forth between Florida and Virginia to get the house repairs done. She went the extra mile in order to ensure that the closing process would go through. She took care of everything for me. She had my Virginia house under contract three weeks after listing, and closing was completed within 30 days after the contract was signed.Thanks Lyndsay, and to all your team members, for easing my mind during the selling process at 600 miles away.
