Start out by talking with a lender and obtaining a pre-approval. You will then know what you can spend on a home. Focus on the important features of a home - location, size, # of bedrooms. Look on-line and view the homes of interest. You will know the right one when you step into it!

Interview multiple agents before committing to one. Do not overspend on getting your home prepared for the market. There are simple steps you can take to appeal to today's buyers. Choose a strong, honest, knowledgeable agent who has experience that can get your home SOLD!

Sellers with large homes, small homes and everything in-between. Seller who have lots of equity and sellers who have none. Buyers with large budgets and small budgets. Local seller and buyers and out-of-state sellers and buyers.

A seller approached me and asked me to list his home. He custom built a large home for himself and his family 15 yrs ago. His kids are now grown and left home. He tried for FOUR years to sell it with FOUR different agents - unsuccessfully. They were distraught by the time I listed it and I promised I would get it sold. I did and they moved to a much smaller and financially manageable home. By selling their home I freed them up and now they can enjoy travelling and all the things they could not do previously while owning such a large property.

I flipped some properties in the early 2000's and quickly realised I could use my own real estate license to buy and sell those homes. Then friends asked me to help them buy and sell their personal homes. I really enjoyed doing that and that led me to build my real estate team and now we sell 100+ homes per year for friends, family and new clients!
