Review WOW!! What a great experience with Lizbeth and her entire team ! I have never believed in Real Estate Agent before until I met her ! She represented me as the seller in Happy Valley. Let me share with you the story: I have interviewed 4 real estate agents and unfortunately none met my expectations and I was confident that I could do this by myself but to be honest I did not want to go through this by myself so I decided to give a chance to one more agent. I found her name on one of the houses in the neighborhood and she sold the property for above what other houses were selling so that attracted me :), so I called her and she came in and we met and she was already ready with the market analysis, everything what she said and had with her made sense, so guess what ? Her analysis showed much higher to what other agents showed us. Lizbeth was on top of all leads and communicated very quickly until the property sold !!!! Her work ethic and negotiation skills are way above expectations, she is very committed and I can go on and on. If I would have hired other agents or sold our home myself I would have sold it for much less. Do yourself a favor and at least call her and meet her before you hire someone else. Review LizBeth was great! We needed to sell our home and purchase our new home quickly and she jumped in right away and got things moving. She went above and beyond to get us potential buyers and helped us with fixing up our home for the sale. LizBeth didnt let a potential buyers agent try to strong arm us into dropping our price. She let him know we werent going to play his games. In the end, we found the right buyer and sold our home for our asking price. Review I had only a month to find and purchase a home. The market is such that some homes that I wanted to look at sold before I had an opportunity to view them. While looking at homes, Lizbeth noticed a house that was previously off the market with a for sale sign. She had shown the home before so she knew it was something that Id be interested in. The original buyer backed out of the sale and it had just gone back on the market. She contacted the listing agent and I made an offer that day! It was exactly what I was looking for!

Review I have been working with different Realtors for the past years then I found Lizbeth. She is the best realtor.She acts fast, does the paper works super fast too. She made sure that I will love the house that I will buy. Gives me correct information, she even talked to the people around the neighborhood to make sure the house is the right fit for us. She responds well and fast. Even if I am out of town she will find ways to reach me and to get a hold of me for signatures. She is also good in negotiating the price. Now I have my own house for the first time. I do not think any realtor can close this deal besides her. Like I said I tried it with different realtors but no on ever close a deal to a house I like besides lizbeth.
