WOW!! What a great experience with Lizbeth and her entire team ! I have never believed in Real Estate Agent before until I met her ! She represented me as the seller in Happy Valley. Let me share with you the story: I have interviewed 4 real estate agents and unfortunately none met my expectations and I was confident that I could do this by myself but to be honest I did not want to go through this by myself so I decided to give a chance to one more agent. I found her name on one of the houses in the neighborhood and she sold the property for above what other houses were selling so that attracted me :), so I called her and she came in and we met and she was already ready with the market analysis, everything what she said and had with her made sense, so guess what ? Her analysis showed much higher to what other agents showed us. Lizbeth was on top of all leads and communicated very quickly until the property sold !!!! Her work ethic and negotiation skills are way above expectations, she is very committed and I can go on and on. If I would have hired other agents or sold our home myself I would have sold it for much less. Do yourself a favor and at least call her and meet her before you hire someone else.
