I'm proud to be from an immigrant family, military spouse and veteran myself. What exactly does that mean? It means that I was taught a hard work ethic and had values instilled in me from the beginning. It also means that no one will outwork me with the same skill, care and diligence that I bring to the table, every time. I have a nearly 20 year track record as a successful real estate professional in five different states as our military family moved in support of our country. I've seen previous boom and bust cycles in a variety of markets, thus making my experience an asset to handle any obstacles that may come your way. I'm also driven to serve those who serve. I am a graduate of the University of West Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing. I enthusiastically went on to pursue my dream of selling homes right out of college. Always seeking to improve myself, I then mastered professional development courses in order to earn my Graduate Realtor Institute and Military Relocation Professional designations. In order to increase the breadth and depth of my real estate knowledge, I participated in an extensive training program and earned my Real Estate Broker's License. I am passionate about always staying ahead of the curve, utilizing the most cutting edge technology, marketing techniques and emergent real estate trends in order to serve my clients. Clients that I serve many times become friends and also part of my extended family. I have two beautiful teens and have been happily married for 25 years. Yes, we cannot forget about my fur babies, Lady and Sebastian are two playful King Charles Spaniels that love chasing squirrels. As both an Army Veteran and a military spouse since 1997, I know what it means to serve and move many times, often with short notice. I leverage those experiences and not only empathize with my clients; but, I turn it into motivation to fight for my clients, no matter their circumstances.
