I am so grateful to have been able to work with Lindsay, who is so much better than great, both when I bought and then sold my Atlanta townhouse. When buying Lindsay did an outstanding job negotiating for us and with 4 weeks between contract and closing Lindsay made sure we got everything done on time. Being from out of town we relied on her expertise to navigate the process and so appreciated her attention to detail so we could get out of the hotel and into our home. The sale was even more challenging - it was not planned and I am no longer in Georgia. Lindsay went above and beyond finding contractors to do minor repairs, install new carpet, paint and handle all of the items on the punch list. Lindsay checked on the house on a regular basis, took care of minor issues herself (like replacing blown lightbulbs), kept us informed of issues that we needed to call someone else in to resolve (taking down a dead tree, removing downed branches, trimming, etc.), and was always there to let in maintenance and cleaning people. During the entire process, Lindsay always made herself available for calls, and was quick to respond to texts and emails. We would definitely choose Lindsay if we ever move back to the area, and highly recommend her to sell your house or help you find a new house.
