Her eye for design made my home sparkle, her thoughtful staging enhanced the homes features and the photographs she had taken emphasized all the strong points, with an eye towards the buyer. Her marketing and networking skills enabled me to I receive 2 offers the morning after the home was listed. I accepted an over ask offer and - within 24 hours of listing had a contract. When we bought the townhouse Lindsay did an excellent job negotiating and helping find properties that met our criteria. When I needed to sell there was nobody else Id even consider but Lindsay. I am so happy my relocation company matched us - I know if I do end up back in Atlanta Lindsay will be the first person I call.
