ZillowVERIFIED Lesa is a dream to work with, her experience and knowledge of the market is extensive. I have used Lesa for both a real estate sale and purchase and both experiences were great. Lesa is the only realtor I would choose in the market. I highly recommend Lesa to anyone looking to buy or sale real estate in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED For first time buyer like myself I couldn't have asked for a better agent or person to help me along the process. Lesa was constantly sending me all the fresh new listings so we could stay ahead of the game. Once we decided on the home I wanted to purchase she went above and beyond to make the process as simple and go as smoothly as possible. We had absolutely zero hiccups and everything we requested of the buyer she was able to get negotiated for us. 5 stars isn't enough for Lesa!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED She did an outstanding job staying on top of every aspect of the process from constantly sending listings, which kept us ahead of other buys in this competitive market to verifying directly with our loan officer that everything was in place to close. The communication was excellent and her years of experience showed in her professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Lesa for years. Her knowledge is instrumental to a successful purchase or sale. She is very responsive and stays in touch with all parties to make sure the process is smooth. We sold our property in July 2022 and did not know if we were going to commit to buying that same year. Lesa stayed in touch and provided good properties for us to consider. We purchased our new home in December of 2022 with the help of Lesa.

Third time was a charm! Lesa kept buyers coming. Even though the first two buyers dropped out, we received a great third offer and had a smooth transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa was amazing to work with! We contacted her about a home that turned out not to be the one. We told her our wants/needs and she sent us a house the day it was listed, we saw it the next day, and were under contract the next. Such a smooth process buying our first home! Thank you again Lesa!

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa stays informed about real estate trends in the local area and is conscientious about providing comparison information about neighborhoods and prices. She kept me, the seller, informed about every showing of my house. She held an open house for potential buyers which was not very attended, but held a very successful open house for other realtors. She kept me informed, also, about what to expect from the sale process.

ZillowVERIFIED We had always built our previous houses so I was very cautious and demanding with respect to the purchase of a home from someone else. Lesa was very patient and ensured all of the items were addressed. She seemed to always be available for us-her replies to my text were almost immediate. I would recommend Lesa to anyone looking to market their home or guide them through their next purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa Clark is awesome! She worked with us to sell our house promptly. We had quite a few views right away after the house was placed on the market. Then, received two offers in the same week. She is very professional, knowledgeable and always on time. I was very please with her level of expertise in the real estate market. She made recommendations ahead of time on what should be done to help sell and it worked! If you want your house to sell fast, I would highly recommend Lesa Clark. She has a real passion for her job!

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa helped me and my wife buy our first home, she is wonderful, knows what she is doing, and she goes out of her way to make sure you are 100% happy with the biggest decision of your life. She did such a wonderful job for us, we came back to her when we decided to sell our home a few years later, she was still just as amazing and helpful as our first experience with her. I will use her again in the future if I buy or sell another home! I give her an A++, she deserves it! Would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa went above and beyond to find homes that fit our needs while providing information about the area. We were relocating (from 600+ miles away) and had a very short timeframe to work with. She spent several days searching & showing us homes; all during the holiday season. I would highly recommend her; she made an unknown adventure to a new place a smooth and rewarding transition. Thank you Lesa!

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa was awesome. She worked with my wife and I for months until we found our dream home and she helped make it ours. We looked at probably 30 houses in the dalton area and had given up. Then Lesa called and said "You need to see this, it's prefect" We were under contract the next day! THANKS LESA

ZillowVERIFIED I looked at many houses and I could tell she was becoming impatient with me. She did not want to make the offer that I proposed because she said it was too low and she would not make such a low offer. I asked what school district the house was in and she told me it was in the district I wanted but after I moved in I found out it was not. Overall it felt as if I was an inconvenience to her and all she wanted to do was get me to buy a house so she would be done with me. It may have been that we simply did not get along because I see she has helped many people buy and sell homes.
