Ledeana is just the best. We found her through her wonderful introductions to Kitsap online, as we were just beginning to explore a relocation from Southern California. On an exploratory visit she was helpful, informative, and accommodating. We ultimately chose a move to the Vancouver area instead, but after an unsatisfactory experience with another agent, asked Ledeana to represent us on a Vancouver purchase. She and Vet made the trip down several times and just as hands-on and helpful as in Kitsap. It truly made what could have been a very stressful long distance transaction smooth and bearable. Ledeana and Vet are just a joy to work with and we'd absolutely recommend Homes by Strand.

Ledeana was very instrumental and did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house. Her expertise in the market geographic area was instrumental in determinating a competitive purchase price while considering what the market rate homes are being sold for. Ledeana and her husband Vette where very involved in every aspect of the closing, she was very friendly, responsive and set up regular times, check ins, and even was available when there weren't regular check in with our many questions. She was happy to accommodate us when we asked to go back and see the home multiple times. I do recommend her to anybody that wants to buy or sell a home. She knows the whole Kitsap Peninsula and Gig Harbor. She lived in all areas and was raised in the Peninsula. She's very familiar with real-estate and she is a joy to work with.

Ledeana worked with us every step of the way and did a great job. She is attentive, receptive and responds quickly.
