We appreciated all that Lauryn has done for us since we first contacted her to put our house on the market. Lauryn was recommended to us by the realtor we were working with in Maine where we are relocating to. After our first meeting with Lauryn, due to our timeline, we decided to postpone putting the house on the market. But, as changes in our family occurred, we changed our minds, again, and Lauryn was very flexible with our new timeline. As we had not sold a house since 2006, we were glad that Lauryn convinced us that our house would best be shown if it was staged which we had never done before. We were able to accelerate our move-out date to Maine to be closer to family. Lauryn did a wonderful job coordinating all of her recommended contractors for: all of the inside painting details; recommendation of a local "move-out cleaning crew"; staging of all furniture for showing the house. This was all professionally done and all took a big load off of me. I sincerely thank Lauryn for everything and that she was right on what to do from the 1st time we met her!

Lauryn made the process of buying a house so simple and smooth. It was my first time buying a house.
