I was looking for a very specific kind of property in a specific neighborhood. Lindsey was very patient and never pressured me to settle for less than what I was looking for. She was always prompt in replying to my requests to see a property and to my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the area, what is likely to become available, and the appropriate pricing/offer to make on properties. When the mortgage company repeatedly failed to complete their tasks on time for closing (through no fault of hers or mine), she followed up with everyone and kept me informed of what was happening. And even after closing, when she could have walked away, she assisted me when the seller's agent didn't deliver the garage or mailbox keys. She also provided me with remodeling contractor contacts to help me get started on the remodeling work. I would highly recommend Lindsey to anyone looking to buy a property in the Reston area!

This wasn't exactly our first "Real Estate Rodeo." In fact it was fourth time we're bought and sold houses. Lauryn actually represented the sellers when we purchase this house 6 years ago or so. Lauryn was by far the best agent we have experienced. She is very much in touch with the market, attentive to our needs and expectations, helpful in her suggestions for improving the "Wow" factor in the presentation of our property and always ready to respond to any questions or concerns we might have. She used the latest tech in composing our listing and staged our property to bring out the best in it. Our listing went live and we were under contract 36 hours later with an offer $13,100 above our asking price with buyers that were completely qualified for the purchase. We highly recommend Lauren, she's at the top of her game and we have complete confidence in her abilities.

Above all, Lauryn is talented, and you can't teach that. She's is also hard-working, responsive at all hours and knowledgeable. She is articulate and skilfull interpersonally. She is also awful nice but for me, I'll take cranky and good over nice and a hassle - so the ready smile and positive attitude was a bonus. I interviewed several realtors and have bought and sold several houses over the years - I put Lauryn at the top. Lauryn is able to discern the important goals from the like-to-have, and then execute in big and small ways. I was especially impressed during the financial/contract parts - setting the list price and negotiation with the buyer. Some listing agents will recommend a low listing price so they have an easier time of it - she did not. There were some challenges during buyer negotiations - she navigated the issues favorably and, critically, did not make me work hard to bring it all to closure. Lauryn is talented, and hardworking.
