We choose Laura as a Realitor because shed helped me buy my first home and I think shes awesome! There are so many things I like about Laura; however, if I had to pick one thing it would be her knowledge of the market and her professionalism. I cant think of anything she could have done better except be the buyer. I didnt get what I wanted but it was close and she went to bat for me, yet she was honest and help me to be realistic as we sold our house as is and an investor bought it. I must also add my husband previously tried to sell it with a different Realitor and they couldnt get a buyer. I would definitely recommend her whether you are buying or selling. She very down to earth but all about business and will get your home sold or bought speedily and she was always really easy to reach.
