One night I was on Zillow just browsing and looking at homes. I end up selecting I wanted to request a showing and Zillow assigned Chenille as my agent. At first I was skeptical because I had so many other recommendations far as realtors. But I stuck with the showing. I continued to search for homes and continued contacting Chenille for tours. She never declined a showing no matter how many homes I sent her. I let her know my max budget and she sent me homes in my range as well. The communication was amazing and I always received a response. When I wanted to submit offers, they were done the same day. When I needed to negotiate, she was my voice and understood the assignment lol! Every negotiation went through and thats a blessing. It helped ensure me that I had the right realtor. The knowledge and advice she gave me I will keep forever!!!! God paired the perfect stranger to be my realtor and I have no regrets. The easiest and best experience Ive had with such large purchase! Highly recommended if you dont want the process to be stressful!!!!

We just closed on a house that Caleb helped us find. Over all we looked at 10 houses and he was attentive to our needs, working with us to find what we liked and what we didn't like. Some in Olive Branch, most in Cordova, and although we didn't discuss much about the areas and their safety, he was still quick to point out features that might be desirable about both the neighborhoods and the houses. During the approval and contractual process, Caleb was extremely communicative and responsive, even going so far to meet later in the day and answer questions during the weekend, which was not expected but we felt he went above and beyond to make things as convenient as possible. There were some slight unexpected things about buying out my lease that came up, and Caleb was calm and facilitated communication between us and the seller's agent and was able to work out something that was beneficial for both us and the seller. Over all me and my fiancee would recommend Caleb to anyone looking for a home in the Olive Branch and Memphis areas. 10/10 realtor, we learned a lot working with him.

Chenille is INCREDIBLE! We moved to Memphis at the beginning of the summer and had found her through one of our Zillow searches. We told her we were just casually looking around and, even knowing that, she took amazing care of us. We viewed about 15 houses with her. She is a wealth of knowledge regarding the Memphis area (to say the least). The homes we viewed with her we could definitely tell she really focused on exactly what we were looking for.
