ZillowVERIFIEDHello all, thank you for allowing me to share my story. LaToya is an angel. I first reached out to her about a house at like 1am. She called me the next day willing to do everything on her end to help me and my babies get into the home. It was $4000/month. I wasn't able to get the home at the time, so I had to keep looking. But, I knew from the beginning that this home was for me. She told me from the beginning she was gonna make sure me and my babies got a home. I could not find anything I liked, the homes she was sending me just did not feel the same as the original home I had reached out to her about. Me and my babies ended up homeless and living with someone until I could find a home, but I just was not findinf anything. I would be on zillow everyday all hours of the night, I had some really tough days. LaToya made sure she checked on me, and sent me more houses. I almost gave up, and she randomly called me saying the owners were willing to work with me on the original house I wanted. This house is everything I wanted for me and my babies. They even lowered the rent. LaToya went above and beyond for me and my babies. Every single time I would pray about a home, LaToya would reach out to me. If that is not a sign, I don't know what is! This home was meant for me and my babies, and I felt it fron the beginning! Went from not being able to get the house to the hone coming back to me and now we are moving in. Furniture included and everything!! I am beyond grateful for LaToya because she did NOT give up, she kept her word from jump. I done cried, lost faith, been angry, and all sorts of emotions during this journey. LaToya remained calm, patient, kind, and encouraging the entire time. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Had this agent respect enough to bother calling she'd know I found a lender and am under contract for a million dollar property, all I need is my buyer rep. Her abysmal lack of attention and care just cost her and her branch an incredibly easy $49,000, as it should be.100% of the work to 1) find a property, and 2) secure the financing was done by me. No one helped. I specifically said MULTIFAMILY, she sent 3 commercial stand alones in a place I specifically said (twice) I was NOT looking. It's the only report I ever got, even after asking AGAIN for multifamily properties. We began working together over 2 weeks ago, on May 15. She's devoted less than 15 minutes to me in that time. Even costing her own branch money isn't enough to make her care. She claims an inability to find PM lenders after numerous searches turned up none. I found 7 in 2 hours. One is funding my loan. Yes, all of this is absolutely and clearly documented. Some agents may think they can skip the work, sit at my closing table and collect an easy $49k for absolutely squat. I'll represent myself until Gabriel puckers up and blows his horn, before this behavior gets a penny on any deal of mine.I trust I've made my point..

ZillowVERIFIED I randomly and without referral called an agent, Latoya Lyonel, with a very unique request... I not only needed to schedule a same day viewing for a property, but I was only available to view the property via video chat. I gave Latoya the name and phone number of the person who would be meeting her on my behalf. Without hesitation, Latoya scheduled the meeting and I completed a Skype walkthrough at 4p the same day.During the call, I asked Latoya to make an offer on the property just before dropping another bombshell... I was leaving the country in less than 4 days for a 3 week trip and would have limited access to email with no access to a phone. Again without hesitation, Latoya worked her magic and I was under contract before I boarded my flight. I contracted a 45 day close so we were forced to work in less than ideal circumstances for the next 3 weeks to meet deadlines. Fast forward to four days before my scheduled close date, my mortgage company failed to underwrite. I was about to walk away from the deal when Latoya found a new loan officer willing to work overtime so I could close in 10 days... I happily closed 10 days later, March 19, 2018. Thinking back to how this story began, without Latoya, the house purchase would not have been possible. I am not sure how many agents would have taken me serious or made time in an already full schedule to squeeze in a last minute showing. I'm also not sure how many agents would have known a loan officer willing to start and continue processing my loan application until 2a on the night of submission to ensure I could close on my dream house.I am thankful and I highly recommend Latoya Lyonel.
