Hello all, thank you for allowing me to share my story. LaToya is an angel. I first reached out to her about a house at like 1am. She called me the next day willing to do everything on her end to help me and my babies get into the home. It was $4000/month. I wasn't able to get the home at the time, so I had to keep looking. But, I knew from the beginning that this home was for me. She told me from the beginning she was gonna make sure me and my babies got a home. I could not find anything I liked, the homes she was sending me just did not feel the same as the original home I had reached out to her about. Me and my babies ended up homeless and living with someone until I could find a home, but I just was not findinf anything. I would be on zillow everyday all hours of the night, I had some really tough days. LaToya made sure she checked on me, and sent me more houses. I almost gave up, and she randomly called me saying the owners were willing to work with me on the original house I wanted. This house is everything I wanted for me and my babies. They even lowered the rent. LaToya went above and beyond for me and my babies. Every single time I would pray about a home, LaToya would reach out to me. If that is not a sign, I don't know what is! This home was meant for me and my babies, and I felt it fron the beginning! Went from not being able to get the house to the hone coming back to me and now we are moving in. Furniture included and everything!! I am beyond grateful for LaToya because she did NOT give up, she kept her word from jump. I done cried, lost faith, been angry, and all sorts of emotions during this journey. LaToya remained calm, patient, kind, and encouraging the entire time. THANK YOU SO MUCH! My heart is so full of joy. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING HOME RELATED, LATOYA IS YOUR LADY TO GO TO!!!

Latoya is incredible! She is very professional and made the process for my wife and I go extremely smooth. I couldn't imagine going through the process of purchasing a home without her. She was always in our corner, guiding, education, and laughing when things got difficult. A tough market such as this one REQUIRES a tough real estate professional, and you won't go wrong on any front with Latoya.

Latoya was very patient with lots of positive energy to get me excited. I was very stressed with moving across the country, but Latoya made our communication pleasant. I appreciate how she took her time to listen to my needs and wants in a home. Latoya was not overbearing or tired of swaying my decision on a house. Even when I felt a little shy walking into the homes, she encouraged me to look thoroughly and get a feel of the houses we saw. I appreciate how organized Latoya is when we sent her listings via email. Communication felt organized and timely. On the day we went out to look at homes, she had a great home to look at. She understood my taste and style and showed me nice properties. I never felt rushed or anything negative. I had a really great experience, and I plan to send friends and family her way.

Latoya held my hand every step of the way. She never allowed me to ever get discouraged during the process. She was such a blessing to me and my family over the years even when we lived in another state! There is no better realtor than Latoya!
