LaShanda Green

LaShanda Green is a licensed real estate broker and the owner of GreenPath Real Estate Services, serving buyers and sellers throughout Metro Atlanta.

Before real estate, LaShanda spent 15 years in the corporate world working in fraud prevention, telecommunications, and financial analysis. When her company downsized in 2015, she took it as an opportunity to build something of her own - she earned her real estate license and joined Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners, where she was named Rookie of the Year in her very first year. She went on to earn Circle of Excellence Awards at the $1M, $2M, and $4M sales-volume levels and consistently ranked in the Top 20% of agents at her brokerage. In 2019, she became a licensed real estate broker and launched GreenPath Real Estate Services.

Over more than a decade in the business, LaShanda has closed more than 130 transactions and helped over 100 families buy or sell a home, with recent sales ranging from starter homes to properties near $700,000. She works with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, investors, military and veteran families, and sellers - and has particular expertise in new construction, luxury flips, foreclosures, and short sales.
