Greenpath Real Estate

LaShanda is an excellent agent. I would use her again and refer her to my family members and friends as I have already. LaShanda has assisted my husband and I in selling our home and with purchasing land to build our next home on. She takes the time to know what your goals are and does everything within her power to make it happen. You can not go wrong in choosing her as your agent.

LaShanda was very patient and helpful. She consistently sent leads as wells as suggestions. Always followed up and fought for my best interest and what I wanted. I am very pleased. I will ALWAYS refer clients.

She is very patient and down to earth. I appreciate her honesty and respect her opinion. She looks out for her client and many ways. She is the best thank you for all you have done for me and my family.

Lashanda was great from beginning to end! I really appreciate the welcome packet she provided within the first few days of our initial contact with each other. The packet outlined the complete home buying process from beginning to end. This prepared me for what I should expect as the buyer. Lashanda was always available to me when I wanted to go out and view homes. She was very respectful and kind always! I really appreciate her assistance and would recommend family and friends to her in the future :)

Suuuuuper Duper great with keeping you informed. Calls and works around your schedule. Also teaches you the process in home buying if you?re a first time buyer. I really couldn?t ask for a better realtor.
