Review We lost my dad August of 2025, so after that his significant other and I had to make a decision to sell their home. The sale ended up being a short sale, however the process was anything but short! Luis and I made pretty a great team during this several month long journey. He was so attentive and never skipped a beat! He was definitely someone I could count on to always have his ducks in a row, ahead of time! Plus he was very understanding of the emotions that were running high during this time, since we were also still greiving my father. We are so grateful to have finally completed this chapter, and we are sending such a huge thanks to Luis, as well as blessings to the new family moving into the house!

Review We thought selling a house would involve some paperwork, a few negotiations, and eventually handing over the keys. Apparently, our sale came with the deluxe package: title issues, unexpected complications, and even a bomb threat. Through all of it, Kim was absolutely fantastic. She kept everything moving, kept us informed, and somehow managed to make a pretty crazy sales process feel manageable. Whenever another problem popped up, Kim was already working on how to solve it. At one point my wife said that choosing Kim as our realtor was aEURoethe best decision shes ever made.aEUR? I was initially a little offended, since I thought marrying me held that position, but apparently Ive slipped to somewhere around 4th or 5th. In all seriousness, we couldnt have asked for a better realtor. If Kim can get a sale through title problems and a bomb threat while keeping her clients sane, I'm pretty confident she can handle just about anything. We would absolutely work with her again aEUR" although next time were hoping for a slightly less exciting transaction.

Review As a first time home buyer, I cannot give Brian enough credit. My wife and I have always dreamed of finding our first home for as long as we've been together. We built a wish list and had big ideas. Brian helped us realize them. He brought us in and showed us a bunch of homes in our price range, talked about the best restaurants and activities in that part of town, pointed out features we never would have considered as renters, and really helped us focus on what was important. It really felt like we had a friend on the inside to help guide us. We quickly got started touring homes and he did a fantastic job of reading our concerns and recognizing our interests through the process. Now and then, he would drop little tid-bits pertaining to something we had mentioned in our conversations or in previous walk through's. He really listens to you. Any time we were getting stressed out, he was quick with a great solution to relieve the stress. We also really appreciated the Kenmore Team's policy for only charging 2% commission (while still providing full service) when you find your own buyer since a friend ended up buying our house. Despite the lower commission, Kellen was always quick and happy to help out, and was a great resource to us and the buyers!
