His experience in real estate was very apparent, combined with his down-to-earth, honest approach on providing us his input on the homes we wanted to see. Throughout our house-hunting, Joseph remained responsive and eager to show us the numerous houses my wife and I were interested in. Josephs negotiation skills were unmatched when it came time to putting in offers, and offered guidance on what he felt would be reasonable, given the circumstances of each house. Being first-time homebuyers, Josephs expertise was very useful and helped us narrow down the perfect home in Richland! We couldnt be happier and will reach out to Joseph again anytime we need to buy or sell in the area.

We lost my dad August of 2025, so after that his significant other and I had to make a decision to sell their home. The sale ended up being a short sale, however the process was anything but short! Luis and I made pretty a great team during this several month long journey. He was so attentive and never skipped a beat! He was definitely someone I could count on to always have his ducks in a row, ahead of time! Plus he was very understanding of the emotions that were running high during this time, since we were also still greiving my father. We thought selling a house would involve some paperwork, a few negotiations, and eventually handing over the keys. Apparently, our sale came with the deluxe package: title issues, unexpected complications, and even a bomb threat. Through all of it, Kim was absolutely fantastic. She kept everything moving, kept us informed, and somehow managed to make a pretty crazy sales process feel manageable. Whenever another problem popped up, Kim was already working on how to solve it. At one point my wife said that choosing Kim as our realtor was aEURoethe best decision shes ever made.aEUR? I was initially a little offended, since I thought marrying me held that position, but apparently Ive slipped to somewhere around 4th or 5th. In all seriousness, we couldnt have asked for a better realtor. If Kim can get a sale through title problems and a bomb threat while keeping her clients sane, I'm pretty confident she can handle just about anything. We would absolutely work with her again aEUR" although next time were hoping for a slightly less exciting transaction.
