ZillowVERIFIEDKyle made the selling experience so easy and worry free. Will recommend him to everyone. He was excellent with communicating and kept me updated about everything that was happening
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle is the best realtor that I've ever worked with and I am saying this based on the fact I was a realtor myself in California and I got to meet many people in this very competitive business. That is the reason I give this realtor a 5 star on all categories. It was our great pleasure working with you from the very beginning to the closing and beyond.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently bought a very nice home near us in the Midlothian area to rent to our daughter and her family. We started looking in January, and Kyle contacted us after we made an inquiry on one home. Although we didn't make an offer, Kyle continued to assist us through a very challenging market for home buyers, especially in our area. He showed us seven or eight homes, and we made offers on two of them, missing out the first one, but much more pleased with the second one, on which we were successful (offer accepted in mid-April; closed in mid-May). Kyle was great to work with - extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very patient with our demanding requirements. He did a great job in getting information for us and answering our questions. We would definitely be happy to work with Kyle again and recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had an excellent experience working with Kyle. As a first-time home buyer, he made everything go incredibly smoothly. Very responsive, very insightful, attentive to details, and incredibly helpful at every step of the way. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs we all know that during this Covid time, its been very difficult for the sellers and the buyers to deal with the housing selling and purchasing. We are worried about the pandemic but we need to get the house as soon as possible. I contacted Kyle and he was very responsive, knowledgeable and understanding our needs. We relocated to work in Virginia and want to get the house that not too far from our work location. Kyle has been very helpful and showed us the house. Kyle is very professional but also very caring about his clients. We felt frustrated and stressful with all the paperworks, the pandemics, the moving and the process of submitting the offer etc, Kyle understood, took time to explain, to helped and made this difficult process to be easier to deal with. Thank you Kyle and if I want to buy another house, I definitely will call Kyle! Great job!
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle was extremely professional and was able to navigate bumps that arose with ease. Kyle sent me appropriate listings on a daily basis which helped me choose a great area for my family! I'm grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Kyle! H
ZillowVERIFIEDMy agent on the Ryan Sanford team was Kyle Taylor and he is an excellent real estate agent and was able to get my house on contract in five days. Kyle is a very experienced and professional realtor with excellent communication skills. He is knowledgeable of my area, the real estate sales process and provided very effective advice regarding sales price and strategy to sell my house. He was always available when I called or texted him and provided prompt and helpful replies to my questions. Throughout the process he was very helpful, stayed in close contact with me and always followed-up on all actions needing attention. I highly recommend Kyle Taylor and his Remax Team if you are in need of Realtor services.
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle Taylor was fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and very flexible with his times of availability so I could talk to him after work with any questions I had. He also has great follow through and checks in on how we are doing throughout the whole process.
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle Taylor was 100% wonderful to work with. He promised a lot and performed all of it. The house he sold for me had lots of issues He handle them like a pro. He treated me like I had a million dollar home for sale.Highly recommend him and Remax team to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDI've worked with Kyle on three sales/purchases over the past six years (2 sales, 1 purchase.) He gets it done and does it quickly. Always responsive to questions and concerns, patient, and on top of things. I can be difficult so I really appreciate it when someone can moderate my whims. Every closing I've had has gone off without a hitch. Recently did a sale and purchase on the same day. He pulled it off without a hitch. Strong negotiator. Highly recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle was wonderful! My house was listed and under contract within 48 hours. The entire process was seamless and he was always available to answer any questions that I had.
ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Kyle Taylor and the Sanford team was phenomenal. Kyle helped us find a new home that truly fit what we were looking for and the buying process was smoother than I ever thought possible. As far as selling our previous home - Kyle exceeded our expectations. He and his team know and understand the market well and had our house under contract in less than 12 hours after listing. We will be recommending Kyle to anyone and everyone that is looking to buy or sell. Thank you Kyle for everything you did!
ZillowVERIFIEDI have always had the assumption real estate agents now a days just take some good photos and slap your listing online; no aEURoerealaEUR? work involved. We listed with another well known agency prior to going with the Sanford team. After approximately 6 months with this other agent and no luck my friend, Kyle Taylor (Sanford agent), got me to sit down with him and go over our listing. Kyle showed me a ridiculous amount of marketing lapses, some of which I didnt even know were a thing. After this meeting we decided to give the Sanford team a shot. It took Kyle and his team only four days to sell our house!! On top of the very quick sale the process after was very smooth. My only regret was not going with Kyle and the Sanford team at an earlier time!
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle helped me and my wife find our lovely new home. He always made himself available, and was helpful throughout the entire process, including communicating with our lender. We had a 30 day close, and he coordinated everything seamlessly. This was the second home I have bought using Kyle and the Dave Worrie team, and I am Very satisfied with both experiences.
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle is patient and listen to our needs for both buying and selling process. We have a perfect house but difficult to sell over a year with dropping significant price. However, he jumped in and provided professional support. Also, did sell our house with their strong marketing strategies. Buying with our tight budget during this hot market is not easy for him as well. We are on the process and we are not anxious because we know Kyle is here to help. We really highly recommended Kyle and his team. We think he is a professional and hard working realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are relocating to the Chesterfield area. I started looking for houses online, and Kyle reached out to me via email. He was very responsive (not easy with a 3-hr time difference!!) and answered all my questions thoroughly. Throughout the home-buying process, he made sure that I was informed of everything that was going on - definitely felt like he was on my side! Being new to the area, I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I knew what it was like to be a local! Since we are out of town, Kyle went to the house to video a walk-through and even helped us out in being there for our electric to get turned on! Ill be recommending Kyle to everyone I meet in the area!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI've used this team to purchase and sell two different properties. Kyle Taylor was the agent both times and he proved to be a calming presence in stressful situations. Things moved swiftly and smoothly and any questions or concerns I had were quickly addressed. I have no hesitations in recommending them and plan to use them again in the next year.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the second time we have used the Dave Worrie Team and both experiences were excellent! The Dave Worrie Team provides years of experience and constant communication including reporting throughout the entire process. We thought the virtual tour was probably the most innovative and complete we had seen and the internet coverage was excellent. The magazines and site coverage was very good as well. Kyle Taylor was the agent we used for this particular sale. He was easy to work with and was accessible to us via text, email and phone to answer any questions. We would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with the Dave Worrie team was FANTASTIC! Kyle was my realtor and he was simply outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell their home. They made a process that can be very stressful, quite easy. They were kind, compassionate, professional, and efficient. They work as a team and helped me to sell my current home and find a new home to move in to. The process was painless and the folks from their team helped me each step of the way. I'm hoping not to move again, but should I have to, I know that this team is who I will use!
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle Taylor went above and beyond while helping me sell my home. I live in Chile, and he made the process as simple as possible on my end. He was incredibly easy to communicate with (text, email, phone calls), he was honest, and trustworthy. I would recommend Kyle and the Dave Worrie team to anyone in the Richmond area who wants a professional, yet personal touch. I look forward to working with them again when I move back to the USA.
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle Taylor was just outstanding!!! He assisted us throughout the purchase of our new home flawlessly and professionally. His attention to detail was second to none. Kyle kept us informed every step of the process and made purchasing our home the best experience we could ask for. We highly recommend your agency and will certainly pass this along to our family and friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently purchased a home in 23235. Kyle Taylor was our primary contact and we received an exceptional level of service. He worked around our busy schedules showing us many properties until we found the one! His responsiveness was second to none. I would highly recommend him to family and friends alike.
ZillowVERIFIEDAll of Dave and his team were great to work with! Our primary contact, Kyle, was -AMAZING-! Some realtors get stiff and formal, but Kyle was completely able to have a sense of humor and keep it professional! (Which, given my love of horror movies and the subsequent "This must be where they hid the bodies" type comments, can't have been easy!) I don't plan on moving ever again, because I absolutely LOVE the house that Kyle helped us find, but, God forbid, if I ever do, I plan on calling the Dave Worrie Team first!
ZillowVERIFIEDThe Dave Worrie team did an excellent job! They helped us sell our condo quickly and there were no hiccups along the way. My Realtor Kyle was always available to answer questions, morning, day and night. That made us feel relaxed throughout the entire process. It was a smooth transaction.
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle and the Dave Worrie team made my first time home buying experience positive and pain free. Kyle was very responsive and attentive to my needs and wants in buying a home. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would also do the same.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer, the Dave Worrie team made the process smooth and easy! Kyle Taylor guided me through the entire process and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and the entire team to any new home buyers!
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle Tayor is a true professional. He kept me up to date on every step during my sale. The entire team from inspectors to the legal team stay on top of needs to be done to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. They took care of business and kept a personal friendly approach during the process . Thank yoy again Kyle for all of your hard work. David. f Squires
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle Taylor and the rest of the Dave Worrie team provided a seamless and professional home buying experience. Negotiations went smoothly and I was updated regularly during the process. I highly recommend using them for your home buying and/or selling experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I just purchased our first home. Being new to the home-buying process, we didn't know what to expect but our realtor, Kyle, a member of the Dave Worrie team, took the time to explain the process and answer all the silly questions we had. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I was most impressed by how flexible he was when we were forced to reach out to him after hours and on the weekends. We had a great experience with our realtor or would recommend this team to anyone buying or selling a home, without reservation!
ZillowVERIFIEDThe Dave Worrie Team has helped the Credit Union with 2 foreclosure listings. Both accounts were handled to our satisfaction. We would recommend The Worrie Team and specifically Kyle Taylor who was very helpful and quick. He provided references for work done and really helped move the process along to get our properties ready for listing. The entire team from marketing to closing is very professional and experienced.
ZillowVERIFIEDKyle, a member of Dave's team, handled our interest in a possible purchase recently. Being from New England and working long distance was not an obstacle at all. We pummeled the team with lots and lots of email and cell phone questions trying to build a complete understanding of the place, neighborhood, and environment that we were pinning our retirement to. Couldn't be happier! Sold our home in MA on July 29th; drove down the very next weekend and on Monday, we closed on the purchase of the property we wanted. Kyle and team were always available along the way whenever we made last minute flights into Richmond to be sure about our choice. And, every question was answered and replied to with additional informative details. This team is at the top of the class!
ZillowVERIFIEDDave and his team were very professional and guided us thru the entire process of selling our home. We look forward to working with Kyle in the process of buying a new home. Thank you so very much for being there each and everytime we needed one of you!
ZillowVERIFIEDDave Worrie's team is more than amazing! I had been interviewing Realtors, but couldn't find the perfect fit. In discussing my frustrations with my friend, she mentioned how awesome her experience had been with Kyle Taylor and the rest of the team. I decided to go with them and they did not disappoint! Kyle was attentive to my needs, proactive, and punctual. The same day I called to discuss working with him, he sent me possible properties. The customer service was top-notch. He was knowledgeable, professional, and available. He answered every question I had, which made me feel comfortable. The rest of the team ensured that I had everything needed for closing. I cannot say enough positive things about Dave Worrie and his team. If you are looking for a team to work with, you should definitely go with them!
ZillowVERIFIEDThe Dave Worrie team is TOP NOTCH! My wife and I had the chance to work with one of his agents, Kyle Tylor. Kyle took the time to show us over 20 homes over a three week period. Throughout the process he never pressured us make a snap decision. He instead took the time to prepare a list of comparable sales for all houses we were interested in, allowing us to make a fair and educated offer. His knowledge of the area neighborhoods, school districts, builders and upgrades lead us to make an offer on a home with everything we were looking for. Throughout the offer, negotiation, inspection and settlement process, Kyle keep us informed and provided advice. He is true real estate professional who made us feel at ease throughout the process of looking for and purchasing a home. We will definitely recommend Kyle to our friends and associates.
ZillowVERIFIEDThe Dave Worrie team is TOP NOTCH! The whole team took the time to make sure that I was taken care of from the beginning through the end of the selling process. Although I was not very knowledgable about selling the property, I felt safe with the Worrie team. I was ready to sell my property about two years ago, which is when I first began a relationship with them. After meeting with Kyle, who went above and beyond to make sure that I made an educated decision, I decided to wait on the sale. I never felt pressured in anyway to make a quick decisions. This past May, I decided to revisit the idea of selling the property. I again met with Kyle, who came to my job because I was unable to leave. He promised that he and the team would do all the he could to sell the property, and he was a man of his word. My home went on the market in June. Soon after I had a buyer. The property sold without any negative incidents. I have had an amazing experience working with the Dave Worrie team and will always recommend them in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am pleased to say that my experience with the ReMax Dave Worrie Team, particularly Kyle Taylor, has been exceptional. The initial sales listing presentation that was provided by Kyle was by far the most organized, informative and professional of any of the competitor realtors during my initial selection process. After selecting Kyle and the Dave Worrie Team as the agent for the sale of my home, the professionalism, constant activity updates, notifications, advice and personal interaction continued to exemplify excellence. I am a strong proponent that aEURoeteam workaEUR? is an important component of any successful venture. There is no doubt that the successful sale of my home by Kyle and the Dave Worrie Team was the result of their professionalism and team concept. I have no reservation in providing my highest recommendation which is based on my initial contact with Kyle and the professionalism he demonstrated throughout the sale of my home, to the closing coordination provided by Brianne.
ZillowVERIFIEDI purchased a single family home with the help of Kyle Taylor who is an awesome realtor. He was more than willing to work around my work schedule so that we could go out looking for homes. He emailed me daily with new listings. Kyle Taylor was very knowledgeable of the different homes and was able to answer my questions about the properties that we were looking at. Dave Worrie team was very quickly to respond to my emails and kept me updated during the entire closing process.
ZillowVERIFIEDI just recently bought a condo in the Richmond area and Kyle Taylor from the Dave Worrie team represented me as my agent. I was thoroughly impressed with his work as he always kept me in the loop with new listings, and provided great advice throughout the process. I would definitely use Kyle again and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
