Eddie was a referral from one of my parents neighbors in Northern Virginia. Ive lived in Richmond for a few years, and had been through somewhere between 5-10 realtors. Each realtor ended in disappointment, whether it was losing a house we really wanted due to bad advise, not responding to my questions quick enough, or simply not making me feel confident enoughaEUR| I was seriously thinking Id never buy a home. We worked with Eddie for about 2-3 months. He never hassled us, consistently gave me insight into the market that made me feel educated, and when the time came, won the house. Eddie and I made 1 offer. We won the only offer and got it under excellent terms. The seller covered closing costs and provided extensive financial help to repair the house after inspection.
