ZillowVERIFIED Just got back home from driving 729 miles round trip from our home on Hilton Head Island, SC to Blue Ridge, GA in driving rain and around Atlanta. We had pre arranged and confirmed on Thursday the week before to see five homes starting at 11:30am this past Sunday, only to listen to a voice mail message from Kristy Petrillo 45 minutes before we were to meet and that she needed to reschedule to later that afternoon. We were on a tight deadline and could not accommodate her request. I thought the customer came first. We drove home very disappointed with the whole situation, and have since deleted all Re/max town and country listings from our favorites list. In the future we will be hiring a real professional to find our new home.

Kristy pulled properties only in the area we asked for and in the price range we indicated. She is extremely knowledgeable about Blue Ridge, so locating the properties was easy enough for her. Had we done it on our own we would probably still be driving around on some of those dirt roads!After we decided on a property, we spoke mainly through text and she was very responsive, never allowing more than an hour or so to go by without getting back to us (we prefer texting to phone calls).
