As first time home-buyers, we had very little insight into the process, and weren't even totally clear on what we wanted. She took us to several places that looked good online, then took the time to discuss with us what we liked and didn't like, to help narrow down what we were looking for. She connected us with a terrific lending agent who got us prequalified, and when we found the place that we wanted, Krista made sure we got our foot in the door.
