Krista is an AMAZING resource for first-time home buyers. She is extremely responsive, very communicative, and always on top of everything. Even during the lulls of home-buying Krista is checking in with what tasks still need to be done, what milestones have been accomplished, and how we are feeling about the process in general. In addition, Krista has great contacts in the community. Everyone we have been referred to through her has been a pleasure to work with and has been great at their job. Beyond her value as a realtor, Krista has incredible character. She is incredibly kind and patient, and made our purchase feel more like a partnership rather than just a transaction. In a world where it feels like all anyone cares about is money, this was very much appreciated. We first started working with Krista in 2025 but our contract fell through. During the process Krista helped us learn so much that made our second go around that much easier. In between, she checked up on us to make sure we weren't too disappointed, to let her know when we wanted to get back into the market, and if there was anything we learned we wanted to share with her so she could improve her business to better assist other first-time home-buyers in the future. Even now, after purchasing our house, Krista will check in every once in a while to make sure everything is going well and is still responsive to our questions for her.
