Kourtney is one of a kind! From the first introduction my FiancA(C)e and I had with him, he hit the ground running! He posses a tremendous amount of knowledge of the area, renting/buying process, and he knows the right questions to ask on your behalf. Kourtney worked around the clock for us by always being just a text or call away, this included late nights due to our work schedule, weekends, and even holidays! No question ever went unanswered and he was never afraid to tell us the truth no matter how things looked at face value while viewing locations. He was prompt, professional, and even overly prepared when touring potential properties with him.
