Right from the start, Jim was attentive, asked about our criteria within our budget, and was easy to contact to offer help, answer questions, or give advice. Review This was our first time going through the home selling process and everything went so smooth and quick! We worked with Kyle and he was absolutely amazing to work with! He told us from the beginning our house would sell quick and boy did it! The house went on the market on a Friday at noon, between Friday and Sunday we had 15 showings with more scheduled for the upcoming week, by Monday we had 4 offers and ended up accepting an offer that Monday. Review I had an awesome experience with KK Homes. My situation was quite complicated as I live 2000 miles away from the house I was selling.The house is located in Virginia. I worked with Tabby Fisher, really she did all the work. Not only did she have to sell my house without me being there to assist, she had to deal with the tenant living in my house, who was also a family member. Tabby had to get in the middle of the family dispute and ultimately we sold the house with only 1 showing. The market was pretty hot, but between the family dispute, covid-19, and living so far from the property, Tabby had her hands full. She responded consistently to my texts and emails. Even after we sold the house, Tabby returned the cable tv box when my family member wouldn't. Tabby was great and a pleasure to work with. I also had some interaction with Hillary and Kathleen Kellett at the administrative side. Both were very responsive to my questions about how the process would work in finalizing the listing and the paperwork involved to sell the home. I would highly recommend KK Homes.
