Long & Foster Realestate

Tabby was recommended to us by a friend and she did NOT disappoint. She was on top of every detail big and small. She worked with our schedules and was easy to communicate with. I couldn't have asked for a better 1st time home buyer experience!

We had the pleasure of working with Jim Simmons and the KK Homes Team not once, but twice! Jim was our realtor when we originally purchased our home, so when it came time to sell that same home, there was no question about who we wanted to work with again. Jim was wonderful throughout both experiences. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients. Whether we had a question, needed advice, or just needed someone to help us navigate the process, Jim was always there and willing to go above and beyond. Selling a home can be stressful, but Jim made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We really appreciated his communication, patience, and attention to detail. Having already worked with him when we bought our home, we knew we could trust him, and he absolutely lived up to that trust when it was time to sell. We are so grateful for everything Jim did for us over the years and would highly recommend him and the KK Homes Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If we ever need a realtor again, Jim will be our first call!

Tabby was great responsive, helpful and a great agent for selling our home and buying a new one. I would recommend her and kk homes to anyone who is either buying or selling. She is knowledgeable about the area and easy to work with

Tabby Fischer and everyone at KK Homes were fantastic helping us find the right home in Augusta County. We were moving back to Virginia from the mid-west and the moment we contacted Tabby, we felt she was on our side. She immediately set up a customized online site that kept us current of available houses to match our wants and needs. Once we found the right home, she updated us throughout the process, and even went above and beyond by doing the final walk-through for us aEUR" complete with multiple videos! aEUR" as we were still out of state. Tabby Fischers years as a professional realtor, coupled with her knowledge and enthusiasm, has put her and KK Homes at the top in Augusta County. And rightfully so.
