ZillowVERIFIEDThe experience of working with Kim as my realtor was truly exceptional. Over the course of four years, she consistently supported me, demonstrating patience and flexibility despite my demanding nature. Kim was always available to communicate, providing her expertise and guidance at any hour. Her wealth of knowledge in real estate was evident throughout the home buying process, and she skillfully negotiated on my behalf to secure the best possible outcomes. In addition to her professional prowess, Kim's vibrant personality and impeccable sense of style made the experience enjoyable and enriching. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim to anyone in need of real estate services and eagerly anticipate working with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was wonderful to work with for the purchase of our first home. Our friends recommended her and now we know why! She walked us through the process and she was patient. Even during a competitive market with a first time home buyers loan, she was able to help us close on our dream home in less than 30 days! Kim always replied quickly and worked hard to complete paperwork right away. She was willing to meet us later in the evening to show houses to accommodate our schedules. I highly recommend Kim!

Choosing a realtor is one of the biggest choices you will make through the home buying process - and choosing Kim to be on aEURoemy teamaEUR? was the best decision I made. I would recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home, you certainly will not regret working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was a wonderful resource for us as we explored lots and homes while out of state. She was friendly, professional, prompt and advocated on our behalf in many instances, when we could not physically be there. We are so grateful to have found a "perfect for us" home, with her help. Thank you, Kim!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim is the epitome of class. Her business savvy and experience were invaluable to us in closing a deal on our house. Kim was honest and kind, and we owe her an unpayable debt. If you're looking for a home in the Mankato area you could do no better than Kim Lingbeck.

ZillowVERIFIED We got lined up with Kim after inquiring about a local listing. Kim did a great job asking us questions to find out the kinds of homes we were looking for and in the local communities that would best fit our lifestyle. A couple of the things I appreciated most about Kim was her quick responses to our questions via phone calls, texts or emails, her ability to set up home viewings on a timely and organized fashion, and her knowledge of the entire buying process. The house we finally purchased was slightly over priced compared to other comparable houses and she knew how to navigate us through the offering process to get us the best price possible without loosing the house to other motivated buyers!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was so much fun to work with. She was very professional but personable, too! She knew so much about houses and what to look out for which was very helpful. And when it came to down to the final negotiations, she got us our home for a price that better fit our budget. We loved working with her and highly recommend her to anyone needing a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Kim late one night and the next morning we met to go over what I wanted in my first house. She was willing to go thru multiple houses with me to help me scratch off what was important and wasnt with my budget. She was very dedicated and knowledgeable with the market inventory. We were seeing houses as soon as they were listed. She helped me find the house I now call home!

ZillowVERIFIED Kim did a great job in selling our home. She communicated very well and let us know that was happening at all stages of the showings, negotiations and sale. She went way above and beyond by bringing over sandwiches while we were putting in a last minute city required fire wall, and she was there to help us finish up preparing the house on closing day. She also took care of several glitches that came up, both before and after the closing. Great service.

ZillowVERIFIED Kim was amazing to work with. If there was a button for 6/5 stars I would have chosen it. She is very knowledgeable in may aspects of real estate, notable engaged, and very easy to work with. Selling a home didn't come first with Kim. It seemed as if she had our best interest in mind the entire process and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
