Where to start, Rebecca is an amazing agent who went above and beyond to help me sell my condo and buy a new condo in LA. Fear of how to make selling and buying work kept me from making this move sooner. She was extremely patient with me and worked on a timeline that I was comfortable with. She took the time to show me around LA to help me decide what areas I wanted to look in and guided me through the listing and selling process. Rebecca recommended a great stager and photographer and negotiated a fabulous deal when selling and buying. Kenya is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. She and her assistant Amy arranged everything, answered any and all questions, assuaged concerns and talked through ideas. Several incredibly professional agents work with Kenya and they were all amazing in helping handle showings, open houses and inspection appointments. Thanks Sarah, Adam, Rebecca and especially Travis who was here for every inspection! When it came time to consider offers, Kenyas insight and negotiation skills delivered! Not only were we selling our home, we were simultaneously buying a home. This is truly LA Homegirls specialty. We agreed to only a 3 day inspection contingency and Kenyas team had every kind of inspector at our new home literally a day after going into contract. Kenya and her team provided the contacts we needed to get renovations done on our home in preparation for going on the market as we were searching for our new home. I couldnt get anyone to work on my home until Kenya shared her contacts. Once we were under contract, Kenya and her assistant, Amy helped us find and schedule the right people to pack up our lives, get our belongings into storage, paint and stage the home. We achieved the nearly impossible and were on the market within several weeks. They also provided many of the contacts we needed for addressing work on our new home. One last thing, we had a couple of starts and stops over several years in our house searching process with Kenya before we were ready to pull the trigger. Kenya was really understanding and always ready to pick right up where we left off. Really, I cant thank her and her team enough for getting us through this crazy process.
