I became the trustee for my friend's estate which included preparing and selling her home. Kelly and her team helped me to know what should be done in preparation and pricing. They staged the home beautifully, worked around my schedule and continued to keep in touch about any things that needed attention as we went along. Communication was so helpful for me to understand the process and what the market was doing during the time the house was listed. There were weekly emails telling of market trends, similar house sales, etc. and always quick responses to any questions that I had. Kelly and her team definitely have good teamwork in place making the whole process of listing and selling a home as easy as this process can be.

We have been in the Newberg area for over 20 Years. When it came time to list our home due to a job relocation we knew we needed a local expert who could price our place right for the current market and get it sold. Having enjoyed looking at many of The Kelly Group's listings over the years we knew she was the right agent for us! Kelly delivered a professional CMA and when we saw that our price range was over 100 days on market, we decided to come on the market on the low end of her estimate. Kelly and Team did an amazing job with the presentation and we were excited to accept an offer in under 30 days!! We did have some hiccups with the buyers financing along the way which necessitated a delay, but Kelly and Team went above and beyond to keep us informed and advocate for our interests! Ultimately The Kelly Group kept the transaction going and got the deal done!!!! Can't recommend Kelly enough!
